Music FAQ's About Student Participation in WCSMA Festivals Please be informed: The Letter of Responsibility that students, their parents and teachers must sign will have a statement or statements indicating that: 1. The student is a member in good standing of the school organization that corresponds to the WCSMA organization he/she wishes to join. 2. The school music teacher signing the letter of responsibility is the teacher of the student in the said school music organization. 3. The school music teacher signing the letter of responsibility is a member in good standing of WCSMA.
