Many thanks are due to Cecilia Myers and her Chairpersons for the outstanding job of organizing the past two Area All-State festivals.  We are in the process of planning the upcoming festival, and are pleased to announce that Dan Brown, Rye High School, Joe Villani, North Salem High School and Bill Eckfeld, White Plains High School, have agreed to serve as Chairs of the Band, Chorus and Orchestra, respectively.
The dates for this year's festival are:
Rehearsal #1:  Thursday, October 28, 4:00-9:15
Rehearsal #2:  Wednesday, November 10, 4:00-9:15
Rehearsal #3:  Friday, November 12, 9:00-4:00 at SUNY/Purchase
Performance:  Friday, November 12, 8:00 at SUNY/Purchase
Please note that Thursday, November 11, is Veteran's Day, so make sure any students wishing to participate (especially seniors planning
college visits) are aware of our schedule.  Please check this
