WCSMA All-County Intermediate Chorus Information September 17, 2007 Dear Friends, Another school year is underway, and it’s time to get going with the All-County Choruses! This school year the All-County Choruses will have their SUNY rehearsal and performance on Saturday, March 15. The rehearsal will begin at 8:00 am and the concert will begin at 11:00 am. The first of the two pre-festival rehearsals will be at Briarcliff Middle/High School on Tuesday, February 26 (snowdate Wednesday, February 27). The second rehearsal will be at Briarcliff School on Tuesday, March 11 (snowdate Wednesday, March 12). Both rehearsals begin promptly at 3:30 and will last until 6:30pm. This packet contains the forms you need to enter your students for All-County. Due dates for all forms and fees are included – please be sure to notify your school’s business office well in advance! Please be sure to include your home and school e-mail information on your entries – since weather is always a consideration during All-County season, I would like to be able to get updates to you as quickly as possible. If you have home and school e-mail addresses, please indicate which one you read first and most consistently. All relevant phone information is helpful, too. If you have an extension number at school, please be sure to include it.
