Forms WCSMA sponsors four festivals for students in grades five through twelve. Selection to these festivals are based on auditions and or NYSSMA scores.   Area All-State (grades 10-12) takes place in the Fall.   The Senior High Jazz Festival also takes place in March.   The Intermediate (grades 7,8 & 9) and Elementary (grades 5 & 6)     Festivals typically take place in March.
