WELCOME TO WCSMA   WCSMA is the Westchester County School Music   Association. It is a county unit of the New York State   School Music Association (NYSSMA) and the Music   Educators National Conference (MENC).   It represents over 450 music educators from 55   school districts both public, private and parochial.   Each year over 1200   students from across Westchester County particiapte in our Festivals.
